The Founder

With over thirteen years supporting C-suite executives across professional services, real estate, and private individuals, Nikki founded Opus PA with a clear conviction: that the best executive support is a partnership, not a transaction. Her career has taken her through the boardrooms of KPMG, c-suite at Octopus, and the client-facing world of luxury real estate - each experience sharpening her understanding of what senior leaders truly need.
'I built Opus PA because I saw an issue in the market. Business owners and executives were either overpaying for full-time support they didn't fully need, or making do with generalist freelancers who lacked the discretion and calibre that senior roles demand. The fractional model changes the equation entirely - you gain access to the same quality of PA that a FTSE 100 company would retain, without the employment overhead.
My approach is always to listen first. Every client relationship begins with a genuine conversation about where your time is being lost and what support would make the most meaningful difference. The result is not a package from a menu - it is a working partnership built around you.'
How It Works

The smartest way to retain senior PA talent

A fractional Personal Assistant works with you on a retained, part-time basis — giving you access to exceptional talent without the cost structure of a full-time hire. You pay only for the hours you use, and nothing beyond that.

No Employment Overhead

No salary, National Insurance, pension contributions, holiday pay, sick cover, or HR infrastructure. Your investment goes entirely into the support itself.

No Office Costs

Your PA works remotely, eliminating desk space, equipment, and the ancillary costs that come with a permanent employee.

No Recruitment Risk

We absorb the time and cost of sourcing, vetting, and matching. If a placement isn't working, we resolve it — quickly and without disruption to you.

Scales With You

Increase or reduce your hours as your workload changes. Quarterly reviews and a one-month notice period keep you in control at all times.
The Process

From first conversation to lasting partnership

  • The Initial Deep Dive

We begin with an in-depth discovery conversation — not a sales call. We explore your business, your working style, where your time disappears, and what excellent support would look like for you. This understanding shapes everything that follows.
  • Meeting Your Matched PAs

We present a small, carefully chosen shortlist — typically two or three PAs. You meet each of them, ask your questions, and get a feel for how they work. There is no pressure and no obligation. If none feel quite right, we go back and look again.
  • Choosing Your PA

Once you have identified the right person, we arrange all contracts to start your engagement. You work together on real tasks, build a working rhythm, and establish how communication flows. Most clients know within two weeks whether the fit is right.
  • Ongoing Partnership & Review

We stay involved. Regular check-ins with both you and your PA ensure the relationship continues to serve you well. As your business evolves, your support can evolve with it — we make adjustments as your needs change.
